🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Once the product is dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will not be accepted.

💸 Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged, expired, or defective.
The wrong product has been delivered.
To initiate a refund:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Share unboxing images/videos and product photos as proof via email or WhatsApp.
Once reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Panchgavya products due to their perishable and sensitive nature
